SCHINEX CORPORATION

This Privacy Policy explains how SCHINEX CORPORATION ("SCHINEX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit our website, submit a Contact or Career form, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our website and related online services (collectively, the "Site"). This Policy applies to the Site and website-related communications. It does not replace any separate privacy notice, employment notice, customer agreement, vendor agreement, project agreement, or other written agreement that governs a particular relationship or processing activity.

1. Personal Information We Collect

• Contact and inquiry information, such as your name, company or organization, business email address, telephone number if you choose to provide it, subject, message content, and other information submitted through the Contact form or by email.
• Career information, such as your name, contact details, location, resume or CV, employment and education history, qualifications, skills, area of interest, and other information you choose to provide in connection with current or future opportunities.
• Business relationship information exchanged in connection with requests involving equipment, technical coordination, procurement, project delivery, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, partners, or other commercial relationships.
• Device and usage information, which may include browser and device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, timestamps, session information, and interactions with the Site.
• Cookie and similar technology information, including identifiers or settings stored or accessed through cookies, tags, local storage, or similar technologies used for website operation, security, analytics, or preferences.
Please do not submit confidential, classified, export-controlled, legally privileged, or unusually sensitive project information through a general website form unless SCHINEX has expressly authorized that method of transmission.

2. How We Collect Information

• Directly from you when you submit a form, send us an email, provide a resume or CV, request information, or otherwise communicate with SCHINEX.
• Automatically from your browser or device when you use the Site, including through cookies and analytics technologies.
• From service providers that support website operations, security, analytics, email delivery, form processing, spam prevention, or related functions.
• From business partners, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, professional advisors, public sources, or other third parties where relevant to a legitimate business inquiry or relationship.

3. Cookies and Website Technologies

3.1 WordPress and Divi

The Site is built using WordPress and the Divi theme/page-building framework. Depending on configuration and user interaction, these technologies may use technical cookies or local storage needed for Site administration, functionality, security, or user preferences.

3.2 Google Analytics

SCHINEX uses Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and usage patterns and to improve Site performance and content. Google Analytics may collect information such as session activity, page views, browser and device information, approximate geographic information, and pseudonymous identifiers stored in first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and related cookies. SCHINEX does not intentionally send Contact or Career form field contents to Google Analytics.

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential analytics cookies, SCHINEX will use Google Analytics only after the required consent or will otherwise configure analytics in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Cookie duration and technical behavior may vary based on Site and Google Analytics configuration.

3.3 Google reCAPTCHA

SCHINEX uses Google reCAPTCHA on forms to help distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse and to reduce spam, fraud, and malicious submissions. reCAPTCHA may process device, browser, network, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar storage, including security-related identifiers, as necessary to provide the anti-abuse service.

3.4 Cookie Choices

You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings and, where presented on the Site, through a cookie or privacy-preference tool. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. Where applicable law requires SCHINEX to recognize a legally valid universal opt-out preference signal for covered processing, SCHINEX will do so as required by law.

4. How We Use Personal Information

• Respond to inquiries, requests, project discussions, partnership opportunities, and other communications.
• Evaluate and communicate regarding current or future employment opportunities.
• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and related systems.
• Measure Site traffic, understand usage patterns, and improve content and user experience.
• Manage manufacturer, supplier, customer, contractor, partner, and other business relationships.
• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
• Comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect the rights, safety, property, and interests of SCHINEX or others.
• Carry out another purpose disclosed at the time information is collected or with your consent where required.

No form marketing. Personal information submitted through the Contact and Career forms is used for responding to inquiries or processing career-related submissions. SCHINEX does not use those submissions for marketing unless that practice changes and the appropriate notice and consent are provided.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

• Service providers and vendors that support the Site or SCHINEX operations, including website, security, analytics, form, email, IT, document, or professional-service providers.
• Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants where reasonably necessary.
• Business and project counterparties, including customers, prospective customers, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, technical or engineering partners, logistics providers, and other parties where disclosure is reasonably necessary for an inquiry, transaction, project, or relationship.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, property, or security.
• Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.

6. Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling

SCHINEX does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not currently use Site information for targeted advertising through advertising pixels or similar tracking technologies. SCHINEX also does not use Contact or Career form submissions for targeted advertising or for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Some privacy laws use broad definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that may apply to particular third-party technologies even where no money changes hands. If SCHINEX later engages in processing that creates a legally required opt-out or consent right, SCHINEX will provide the required mechanism and update this Policy as appropriate.

7. Data Retention

SCHINEX retains personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and recruiting records, operating and securing the Site, complying with legal and contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship involved, legal requirements, operational needs, and whether information is relevant to an existing or reasonably anticipated dispute, investigation, or claim.

8. Data Security

SCHINEX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No Internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and SCHINEX cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request confirmation of whether we process your personal information; access, correct, or delete personal information; obtain a portable copy of certain information; opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.

To submit a privacy request, email info@schinex.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe your request and the state or country in which you reside. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification requirements.

If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@schinex.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” SCHINEX will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

If a comprehensive U.S. state privacy law applies to SCHINEX and your information, the categories of information collected, purposes of use, categories of recipients, and request methods described in this Policy are intended to serve as part of the required privacy notice. Residents of Delaware, California, and other states may have additional rights, subject to statutory applicability thresholds and exceptions.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out mechanism or browser-based preference signal for covered processing, SCHINEX will recognize such signals as required. If SCHINEX denies an appeal and applicable law requires additional complaint information, SCHINEX will provide that information in its appeal response.

11. International Visitors

SCHINEX is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where SCHINEX or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your location.

If European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Swiss, or similar data-protection law applies to a particular processing activity, SCHINEX will rely on an appropriate legal basis, which may include legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, SCHINEX will use an appropriate mechanism.

12. Children

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. SCHINEX does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so that we can evaluate and address the matter as required by law.

13. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to websites or resources operated by third parties. SCHINEX does not control those websites and is not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or data practices. Review the privacy notices of third-party websites before providing information to them.

14. Changes to This Policy

SCHINEX may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Site, technologies, business practices, or applicable law. The effective date and last-updated date at the beginning of this Policy identify the current published version. Material changes will be communicated in the manner required by applicable law.
